I had high hopes for this hotel given its fantastic location near the beach and many dining options, but my stay had its share of disappointments. The rooms were spacious but felt outdated and not well maintained, and while the staff were friendly, the service left much to be desired. Breakfast was plentiful, but there were some inconsistencies in quality. Overall, it struggles to deliver on maintaining the luxurious feel you'd expect for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Pensacola Beach. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed throughout our visit. The location is superb, being right by the beach with easy access. I loved the spacious and clean room, but I did notice the balcony could use some additional cleaning. The dining options were delightful, especially the breakfast buffet with its excellent omelet bar. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but they should really pay more attention to the balcony cleanliness.
